The Panther Train Wrestling Camp is organized and operated by Cael Happel Camps LLC with affiliation of the Panther Wrestling Club, and participation is entirely voluntary. By attending or enrolling in the Camp, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wrestling and physical activity, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, or other injuries.

Medical Responsibility:
All participants must be in good physical condition and cleared by a medical professional to engage in strenuous physical activity. Camp staff are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of an emergency, appropriate medical care will be sought, and emergency contacts will be notified.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability:
By registering for or participating in the Camp, you agree to release and hold harmless Panther Train Wrestling Camps, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue providers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation, including personal injury or property damage.

Supervision and Conduct:
Participants are expected to follow all instructions and conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the Camp without refund.

Insurance:
Participants and/or their legal guardians are responsible for maintaining adequate health insurance coverage. The Camp does not provide personal medical insurance coverage for injuries sustained during participation.
