Check List
Athlete Rosters, Liability Release Forms, and Coaches Information are ALL due with registration.
Information and Area Maps
Attached is a pdf file with area maps of Northern Iowa. Including walking routes to the Dome from the residence hall. And where check ins, the dining hall, and parking is located.
Further Information
Any additions / deductions to the athlete roster past due date will NOT be allowed.
Liability Release - ALL athletes need a signed Liability release to be eligible for camp. These can be printed off and turned in a check ins or email to wrestling@uni.edu beforehand
Coaches Information - List all coaches attending the camp. Coaches staying on campus are subject to a background check due to University Policy. Additions to the coaches roster past due date is NOT allowed. Coaches will receive a background check request via email. The PTWC will pay for each background check.
Changes to either athlete roster or coaches roster can be made up to due dates by email (wrestling@uni.edu)

Team Camp 2: Athlete Roster and Coaches Info Due June 4th

Athlete Ranking Sheet - Along with athlete rosters, each camper will be ranked on a numerical base to provide proper match making during dual meets.

Rank 1 = State Champ

Rank 2 = State Place Winner

Rank 3 = State Qualifier

Rank 4 = Varsity Wrestler

Rank 5 = Beginner Wrestler
Coaches Fee - $100 per coach. Every 10 campers is a free coach. Example, if your team brings 28 athletes and three coaches. The coaches fee would be $100
